Boia De is a hidden gem in every sense. The location in perfect, there is always parking and service is superb. Every single dish on the menu is just delicious. Make sure you order the pappardelle, the lamb ribs and Luci’s chopped salad, which is surprisingly simple and still to die for. Don’t miss the espresso, locally roasted by Great Circle a few blocks down the road. Make a reservation since the place is not very big and it is usually fully booked. (If you were a fan of La Pollita back in the day, good news: same owners!)

Experience:Decoration: 70/100Ambiance: 75/100Service: 90/100Consumption:Food: 100/100Drinks: 90/100What can I say about “Boia De!” it is far and beyond one of the top restaurants in Miami. Despite its unassuming exterior, decoration, and location this is my favourite restaurant in all of Miami, and has some of the best and most creative gastronomy. And people seem to agree since it is becoming increasingly difficult to get a table either through reservation or walk in. Further, the staff are all extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. We met one of the co-chefs: Luciana Giangrandi, as we wanted to congratulate her for the exceptional restaurant she had taken part in brining to life, and she was extremely lovely and charismatic. In my opinion it is the best restaurant that has as it’s core Italian culinary tradition. The menu is condensed but very creative, sustainable, and seasonal. But every single dish on it is expertly prepared and presented. As we know, we first eat with our eyes first. And to that end plating is always on point and extremely creative. Special note to the Chicken Paté and Foie Paté which is served in the most unconventional yet beautiful and functional way I’ve seen it done. My favourite dishes on the menu as of writing this are the Tagliolini Nero, Bone Marrow, Parpadelle alla Lepre, English Pea Cestini, Chicken Liver and Foie Paté, and the Tartare.Overall, Boia De! is a must try restaurant in Miami. And one of the single best dining experiences I’ve had. It has beat many of the Michelin star establishments I have been to. I look forward to going over and over again, only trouble will be finding an open table. Especially as the magnificence of the restaurant and the talent of it’s two chef’s gains popularity. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for them, with their talents, it surely is bright.

Great find!!! This place is a Gem. The dishes are so tasty and different. Staff is wonderful. I will come back soon, need to sample the rest of the menu. But for today my faves are steak tartar( first time having it anywhere) and the chocolate budino paired with the port

Underrated dinner spot in Miami ?The mushrooms are so good fresh & delicious for an appetizer. The saffron pasta is a great option for a main course. I’ve had saffron pasta before and I can say this one tastes wayyy better than what I had before ?Then there was the lamb rib that was also well cooked and well flavor. Slightly spicy ?Excellent service – Would come again?
